  • Vehicle Compatibility Disclaimer: It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to verify that the automotive parts purchased from 7FIGURES AUTOMOTIVE (such as shock absorbers, coilover kits, and air intake systems) are compatible with their specific vehicle make, model, year, and engine configuration. 7FIGURES AUTOMOTIVE is not liable for installation issues, vehicle damage, or mechanical failure resulting from incorrect fitment selection by the customer. 
3. Modifications to Prices and Services
  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
  • 7FIGURES AUTOMOTIVE reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.
  • We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. 
4. International Shipping, Taxes, and Customs Duties
  • Free Shipping Conditions: Where "Free Shipping" is advertised by 7FIGURES AUTOMOTIVE, it covers the international freight/transit costs from our fulfillment hubs in mainland China to your designated delivery country or a designated pickup locker/station.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All international shipments may be subject to local import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), or customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. All such additional charges are the exclusive responsibility of the buyer. 
  • Customs Delays: 7FIGURES AUTOMOTIVE is not responsible for delivery delays caused by destination customs inspections, regional postal strikes, or force majeure events. 
5. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
  • 7FIGURES AUTOMOTIVE reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. 
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, so that we can complete your transactions. 
6. Prohibited Uses of Products
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • To install or use automotive parts from 7FIGURES AUTOMOTIVE in unauthorized racing, commercial aviation, or illegal street modifications that violate your local country's transport authority regulations.

  • 7FIGURES AUTOMOTIVE does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • In no case shall 7FIGURES AUTOMOTIVE, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or vehicle damage—arising from your use of any of our products.
  • Professional installation by a certified mechanic is highly recommended for all suspension and engine modifications. 7FIGURES AUTOMOTIVE is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from DIY installation errors. 
8. Governing Law
  • These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby 7FIGURES AUTOMOTIVE provides you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes must be filed in the courts of our registered business location in mainland China.
