1. Shipment Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays in mainland China.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If a significant delay occurs in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Free Shipping Destinations & Order Thresholds
To maximize your savings, 7FIGURES AUTOMOTIVE offers tiered regional Free Shipping on lightweight items (such as microfiber towels and air filters):

- Free Shipping Threshold: Free shipping on orders over ¥99 RMB / $14 USD.
- Note for Hong Kong: Free shipping applies to SF Express Self-Pickup Points (SF Lockers/Stations). Home-door deliveries may incur local surcharges.

Tier 2 (Southeast Asia): Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam
- Free Shipping Threshold: Free shipping on orders over $28 to $35 USD (varies by country at checkout).

- Free Shipping Threshold: Free shipping on orders over $49 USD.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
For orders below our free shipping thresholds, or for heavy components (such as BMW F30 Shock Absorbers/Coilovers), shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important Warning)
- 7FIGURES AUTOMOTIVE covers the cost of international transit/freight to your country.
- Any import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), or destination customs handling clearance fees are the exclusive responsibility of the buyer.
- European Union & UK Buyers: Local VAT is calculated and collected during checkout where required by law to prevent customs delays.
- Taiwan Buyers: You must download and register your identity on the official EZ WAY (易利委) mobile application to clear cross-border customs successfully.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched.
- The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
- 7FIGURES AUTOMOTIVE is not responsible for products damaged or lost during transit by third-party postal carriers.
- If you receive your order damaged, please preserve all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately with photo/video evidence within 48 hours to file a courier claim.
