Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with 7FIGURES AUTOMOTIVE! We take pride in the quality of our high-performance automotive components and premium car care products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you resolve the issue efficiently.

1. 30-Day Return Window
  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, uninstalled, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original factory packaging with all tags, adapters, hardware, and instruction manuals included.
2. Items Exempt from Returns
To maintain strict product safety and quality control standards, 7FIGURES AUTOMOTIVE cannot accept returns on the following items:
  • Custom or Modified Products: Any custom-ordered microfiber towels or customized suspension components built specifically to your individual vehicle specifications.
  • Used Car Care Products: Liquid cleaning formulas, detailing sprays, or microfiber towels that have already been exposed to water, cleaning chemicals, or vehicle surfaces.
  • Installed Auto Parts: Any air filters, intake pipes, shock absorbers, or coilover kits that show signs of installation, tool marks, or road use.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
Because we operate via an international cross-border fulfillment network from mainland China, return logistics are structured as follows:
  • Customer Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs, international freight fees, and destination customs duties. Original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If 7FIGURES AUTOMOTIVE sent you the wrong product (e.g., incorrect intake pipe diameter or wrong chassis fitment) or if the item arrived damaged, we will cover 100% of the return costs or issue a free replacement. Photo or video proof sent to our support team is strictly required within 48 hours of delivery.
4. International Customs Warning
  • All returned packages sent back to our fulfillment hubs must be marked clearly as "Returned Goods" on the international customs declaration form.
  • If a return package is rejected or held at Chinese customs due to improper documentation or unpaid import tariffs by the sender, 7FIGURES AUTOMOTIVE cannot process the refund.
5. Refunds Process
  • Once your return package is received at our hub, our team will inspect the components within 3–5 business days.
  • We will immediately notify you via email on the status and approval of your refund after the inspection is complete.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.). Depending on your financial institution or card issuer, the credit will typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.
6. Order Cancellations
  • Before Shipment: You can cancel any standard order for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been processed or packed by our warehouse team.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been handed over to our cross-border couriers (SF Express, Cainiao, YunExpress, etc.), the order cannot be cancelled. You must wait to receive the package and initiate a standard international return.
